About Sarika Nagrath

God’s own child, lovingly called Ma by her disciples, Sarika Nagrath is a gem hidden in today’s chaotic world, working tirelessly for humanity in absolute synchrony with the wish of God, Parmatma.

Today as a Guru and Yogini, her days are fully engrossed in daily God communion and direct communication, writing to generate manuscripts and books, holding Discourses and spending many hours in silence. Her own journey began as a sadhak who rapidly grew and ascended the spiritual ladder very swiftly. The initial phase was focused fully on self-development, reading & contemplation, yogic practices, turning inward, sharpening her ever-present intuition. Guided by her strong and steady inner voice, she found her Gurus in ancient Rishis and Yogis and was mentored and tutored by them over years. With exceptionally steady and quick steps, she crossed many spiritual milestones. Her rich past from previous incarnations contributed greatly- having been born in Rishi families many times, she carried within her patience, calmness, concentration and purva gyan-learning, knowledge and deep understanding from those lives. Her outstanding concentration ensured that she never lost sight of her goal, despite death, reincarnation, changing situations and people, personal challenges and losses.

She reached her goal of Self-Realisation or Moksha in a linear path – a phenomenal feat attained in the shortest time, only 108 lives – one of the few humans in all of mankind to attain this.

As a stellar Guru and Yogini today, in her unique understated style, she speaks ordinarily and simply about grand, exceptional and unfathomable spiritual matters. A glimpse into some such topics –

God gives us the power to will, think and act. He responds to our every thought and wish. He is particularly quick to respond to ones on goodness and welfare and upliftment of humanity, the world and our prithvi. He ensures the stars align such that these thoughts and wishes can be executed. He enables, but it always starts with us. Ma is a perfect example of this.

This journey that she has been on has been an evolving one, new vistas opening up every time it feels like the journey is ending. This is a divine path with no finish line. There are plans in place for the next few decades. She will continue the life long process of regenerating her mind, body and soul. Everyone dwindles and fades away in the last few years of life. Sarika Nagrath will reverse ageing and grow stronger and healthier in her advancing age, continuing to serve God and Rishis. She will perfect this body, mind and soul through another long phase of extreme hard work and will lock in the blueprint for her next incarnations. This time with God’s grace, she gets to write her script and design her future lives.

Her unique method of teaching her disciples –

She has made her house a Gurukul, a temple of wisdom and Tapovan from where she receives the instructions and messages from the Rishis residing in the highest skies in this Universe for all the yogis and sadhaks who are associated with her and wish to be guided by the Rishis until they have mastered themselves.

She objectively observes people who come to her and at the exact time corrects them in the manner which they are not prepared for – she corrects their deep-rooted ignorance emerging from their very old habits and nature, even vasana, deeply sunken unknown desires. She removes the impurities and delusions from their subconscious mind called chitta. She likes to keep the number of her followers small and stays away from glare and attention. Her focus is on making some good, earnest yogis who will explore their full potential under her guidance.

She lives a very simple and humble life but has kept mighty goals to achieve till the end. She takes along her disciples with her to attempt the highest. She lays great stress on physical fitness and development and mental discipline and consistency. Therefore, the projects she takes are completed in a few years but she perseveres and waits patiently till the results are as wished.

Lastly, she gives immense freedom and space to her shishyas to learn, know and discover as she believes that humans learn the most with their own experiences, good and bad and it is after all their own will and interest which will catapult them to achieve their highest spiritual goals. She considers herself only as their matriarch, a mentor, a teacher and a Guide in their lives.

As an Author, she has created history by writing books and blogs about the long forgotten Rishis of yore and reviving Jyoti Marg, the Golden Path which they followed in the densest jungles of very primitive times.

The books written by Sarika Nagrath are also documenting the history of the Rishis, their lives, life stories, penance, their special attributes, forte and the tremendous Wisdom, Truth and Knowledge that they have gained in so many incarnations. The books side by side also tell and document her own unique Soul Journey like theirs since her very first thought or resolve was very vehement and unique – she always wished to be one with God.

Her research and findings for the books are mind blowing as the Rishis have always stayed away from the world. Due to her very, very pious thoughts and actions, they have fulfilled her wish of documenting them for posterity. In this way, the world also gets resurrected and the wheel of time turns around slowly for its upgradation and the spiritual powers in the minds of the people return.

Unlike other blogs, this blog will only have only her videos. It will continue till her advanced age. It has been launched on 31st December 2025 on her 66th birthday at a very auspicious time in the morning when the Rishis will revive Jyoti Marg in the world on a larger scale and faster than before as the karmic cycle of Bharat and its people will stir and augment a silent spiritual revolution which will continue for a few decades, particularly in Bharat.

This process of reformation of the world by her will not be by normal ways but only through her Discourses, mind, meditation and breath. Her mind is always connected with the sacred space over Mt. Kailash called Hiranyagarbha, where the most sacred thoughts of Parmatma are saved and stored to manifest at the appropriate time. Due to this, her breath and mind are in sync with this sacred space and the Wish of Parmatma is immediately heard or perceived and implemented. Her mind and meditations emit those golden rays in the world and the Wish of God for World’s Reformation beeps and beams into the minds of those people who are aware and ready to accept those silent reformative rays. Her tasks are done silently without the world knowing.

With her exhalation, the golden rays of the Light of God coming to her from Hiranyagarbha are being expelled for people to inhale those rays and destroy some of their dormant ego and desires as ignorance. The very quiet process of world reformation by her is on in day and at night.

Arousal of Souls by Nav Chetna

When Parmatma made His Creation, He wanted it to be eternal. He empowered His wonderful works to never die as they are made with his Love. He made the first sound Om as the starting note of His creation. Om sound has a healing quality and frequency because it has Love and Peace. Om echoes in this Universe, objects, rivers, trees, forests and all the living beings. However, humans deplete its echoing in their minds and body cells by collecting a sheath of dense ignorance as physical matter uptil their innermost layer of mind. With remembrance and regular repetition of Om by Yoga, Pranayam and Dhyana, awakening of the Soul is possible. In today’s world maximum people have forgotten their divine nature and Om echoing in their body, mind and Soul.

With very intense spiritual practice and continued association of many years and previous lives, her mind echoes Om continuously which floats in the world and repairs damages done by hard, negative and destructive thoughts to the people, vegetation, pets, dead Souls, unborn child or a resting Soul waiting to meditate in the other world after which a new birth can be taken and a new life can start for its upper movement.

She assists Parmatma and the Rishis with her heart and deepest core of mind to spread love and peace in her meditation to preserve the Earth and prays for its restoration and continuation. Her powerful mind and body gained by Kaya Kalpa in modern times with the blessings of the Rishis and Parmatma gives her the power to restore the Earth, atmosphere, sky and the seen and unseen worlds with her thought power.
